How to find a Financial Advisor
All of the local websites that I visited did not have Chatbots. Yes. I understand Phone calls are a good way to communicate, but more and more people want to text and have live interactions first. Think about you user and what they are going through researching you.
I went to Northwestern Mutual's website and I found two calls to action.
The First call to action was to schedule a meeting and the second was to get Financial tips.
The schedule meetings sent to another page that was not branded and The Sign up for Financial Tips sent me into a another sign up.
If you don't have a outlook or offce 365 account you can't get the content. I guess I could sign into my google account. Wait.
AHH! Sign into Google! Do you see. Even being determined to get the awesome piece of content I am hit with road block after roadblock. They are probably wondering why the content is never downloaded. Or even worse they are not even tracking if it has been downloaded of by who. See what I am saying.
Enter Chatbot Conversations after Covid.
Yeah. That's right. I said it. Covid has changed everything. People are are afraid to come over and talk to you. Do you have a system that allows you to set up zooms and chat with people in a touch-less way?
